This beautiful terrace cottage needed extra kitchen /dining space for today’s modern family. The client’s brief was for an entertaining space that would also reflect the original features of this charming home.
To achieve this Ensign designed and built a single story flat roof extension with sky lantern and parapet with underfloor heating to ensure cosy comfort throughout.
The kitchen was then redesigned and installed featuring a red brick wall and luxury units to create a modern but traditional feel
Finally the exterior was rendered to match the original walls and increase the insulation value
